Olive Varieties: Single estate, organic certified olives. Frantoio-30%, Leccino-30% Moraiolo-30% & Pendolino-10%.
Characteristics: Pleasant aromas of artichoke, fresh cut grass, and raw almonds. Clean, balanced flavors of fresh artichoke, just picked herbs and fresh green pepper that gently envelope the mouth. A less bitter finish with mild arugula lettuce, chicory, and radish.

Estate grown along the rolling hills of Montespertoli, 15 miles west of Florence, the 12th generation Nesi family of farmers & winemakers cultivate their single estate olive trees year-round according to ICEA organic guaranteed requirements. Hand harvested in early November 2023, cleaned, crushed, extracted, and separated within 6 hours of picking. Absolutely no additives or chemicals were used in full accordance with ICEA specifications. The process results in an extra virgin olive oil that does not exceed 0.2% oleic acid.
